Refund & Credit Policy

Effective September 1, 2026. Applies to the Tengsuan console, API and all compute services operated by Tengsuan ("we", "us").

Purchased credits

Credits are purchased with cryptocurrency and denominated in USD at the time of payment. Unused purchased credits can be withdrawn at any time from the Billing page to a wallet you control, in any supported payout currency, at the USD rate on the day of the payout and less network fees. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and sent within one business day. Payments that arrive late, on the wrong network or in the wrong asset may not be recoverable.

Partial and over-payments

If a payment arrives short of the requested amount, we credit the value actually received. Over-payments are credited in full.

Promotional credits

Welcome, promotional and goodwill credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.

Service issues

If a host or job fails to provision or is terminated because of a platform fault, the metered usage for that resource is credited back automatically or on request. Usage on hosts that ran normally, including idle time during an active lease, is not refundable.

Account closure

Request a withdrawal of any remaining purchased credits before closing your account; balances under the minimum withdrawal amount are forfeited on closure.
